Stay just 20 mins to the heart of Bakersfield and just mins to shops, restaurants, parks and cafes.

The space

Make your way inside this modern, five bedroom shared house that is perfect for professionals or single travelers looking for a place to call home while in the city. Your bedroom is your own private sanctuary with a large, comfortable queen bed topped with soft, quality linen and bedding for a restful night’s sleep and a wall mounted 50 Inch Smart TV along with plenty of storage space for you to unpack and make yourself at home. The shared central bathroom features a relaxing full-size bath with an overhead shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with soft fluffy towels for each guest. Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need including a fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a built in microwave, and a coffee bar.

Eat at the dining room with a table by the sliding glass door taking in the view of the beautiful backyard or if you don’t feel like cooking, there are many restaurants within a 5 minute drive from the house, or why not order in and get your food delivered to your door while you relax in the spacious living room and catch up on all your favorite TV shows on the luxe leather recliner. Remote workers can take advantage of the bright, sun-filled office with a desk along with fast and free WiFi to keep you connected. Pack light and wash on the go with full access to a laundry with a high-end washing machine and dryer set to keep you feeling fresh and clean during your stay.

Guests have access to your own private bedroom space as well as free Wi-Fi, free street parking, complimentary coffee and shared access to a bathroom, laundry with a washing machine and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, living area and backyard with a pool, Jacuzzi and firepit.

Other things to note

This is a shared home with five separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom so you will only be potentially sharing the main bathroom with usually 1 but potentially 2 other people/professionals that may be staying in the other two bedrooms. The remainder of the house is also a shared space so please be respectful and courteous to the other guests and clean up after yourself at all times especially within the kitchen and bathroom. The quiet hours for the indoor and outdoor space is between 10pm-8am – So please respect these quiet times by keeping the TV volume low and no loud music. The room is located on the second floor of a two story home so there is plenty of space and privacy.
